Privacy Policy

Effective August 11, 2026

MyTicketGone is a registered assumed name (DBA) of JAM Marketing & Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”). Legal services are provided by attorney Jamil Mourad of Defined Law, PLLC, a Michigan law firm (“the Firm”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1 · What we collect

Your name, phone number, and email; the citation photo you upload and the details read from it; your answers to intake questions; records of calls, texts, and chats with us, including transcripts and recordings; your consent choices and when you made them; payment details, handled by our payment processors — we never store your full card number; and standard website analytics collected through cookies.

If you start the intake process and don’t finish, we keep what you submitted so we can follow up with you about completing it.

2 · How we use it

To review and handle your traffic matter, contact you about your inquiry, process payment you’ve authorized, meet our legal and professional obligations, and operate our website. Where you’ve separately opted in, we also use your phone number to send marketing messages.

3 · Confidentiality

Information you provide in seeking legal help is treated as confidential under the professional duties that bind the Firm.

4 · Mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, solely as needed to perform services on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. These include, but are not limited to: payment processing (Stripe and LawPay, through MyCase), case management (MyCase), electronic signatures (DocuSeal), phone and text delivery (Twilio), AI call assistance (Retell), AI and document processing (Anthropic), fax delivery (Telnyx), and email delivery (Resend).

5 · Calls and text messages

When you opt in, we may call and text you about your inquiry and any matter handled for you, including follow-ups if you started a request and didn’t finish it. Calls may be placed or answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded. Where you separately opt in, we may also send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service, and opting out doesn’t affect your representation. Our messaging program is for individuals 18 and older.

6 · How long we keep information

Client files are kept as Michigan professional rules require. We keep consent records as long as needed to show consent was given and to honor an opt-out.

7 · Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and access to case materials is limited to the people working on your matter. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8 · Your choices

Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can opt out of marketing messages separately. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, subject to the Firm’s record-keeping duties.

9 · Children

Our services and messaging program are intended for individuals 18 and older. If the driver who received the citation is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the process on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10 · Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
