1 · Our service

MyTicketGone lets you submit a traffic citation to the Firm for review and, where the Firm accepts your matter, legal representation. Submitting information does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship — representation begins only when a signed engagement agreement is in place and the Firm has accepted your matter.

2 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to submit information through this site or to consent to calls or texts from us. If the driver who received the citation is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the process and sign on their behalf.

3 · No guarantee of outcome

Every case is different. Nothing on this site is a promise or prediction about the result of your matter. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Content on this site is general information, not legal advice.

4 · Fees and payment

The Firm’s flat fee is shown before you sign or pay. What the fee covers, what later stages cost, and refund terms are governed by your engagement agreement with the Firm, not by these Terms. The quoted fee covers the initial stage of your matter; later stages and additional hearings are billed separately.

Payment is collected at the time you sign. If the Firm does not accept your matter, you will not be charged for representation, and any amount already collected for it will be returned.

5 · Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information — including a legible photo of your citation — and respond promptly to communications about your matter. Court deadlines are strict, and delays or inaccurate information can harm your case.

6 · Calls

When you opt in, we may call you about your inquiry or your matter, including follow-ups if you started a request and didn’t finish it. Calls may be placed or answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. You can revoke call consent at any time by saying so on a call or contacting us. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

7 · SMS / text messaging terms

Program. When you opt in, MyTicketGone (JAM Marketing & Consulting LLC) may text you about your inquiry and any matter handled for you — intake follow-ups, document requests, status updates, court date reminders, and payment confirmations. Where you separately opt in, we may also send marketing and promotional messages.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time. We’ll send one confirmation message and won’t text you again unless you opt back in. You can opt out of marketing messages without affecting your case and service messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and opting out does not affect your representation.

Mobile information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8 · Use of the site

Use the site lawfully. Don’t misuse it, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or try to access anyone else’s information.

9 · Intellectual property

Content on this site is the property of JAM Marketing & Consulting LLC unless noted otherwise and may not be reproduced without permission.

10 · Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing here limits the Firm’s professional responsibility for legal services engaged under a signed agreement.

11 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by Michigan law, with venue in the appropriate Michigan court.

12 · Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
